Without a doubt, it is a very ambitious project, because it would have to be built in the desert and make it "flourish" so that, according to Lore's plans, this is the basis for "a more equitable and sustainable future", and that at least on paper It seems like a great idea, although yes, very expensive, because it takes 400 billion dollars to achieve it.

The name of the city would be Tolosa, located in 60,000 hectares of desert, with an architecture that is friendly to the environment, with clean and self-sustaining energy, and a water supply system that could withstand even the most cruel of droughts. The architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) is chosen by Lore to make this dream come true. In addition, it has already generated images of what Telosa will look like, although the exact location has not yet been defined, but places such as Arizona, Idaho, Texas, Nevada, Utah, and the Appalachian region are being analyzed.
